well... i have no idea how to begin this post. should i be happy or sad? its kind of mixed actually. maybe i shouldnt feel sad after all since i didnt train properly. vertical marathon training took up most of my time, and i am trying a desperate attempt to keep myself fit so i dont die for OBS which is the day after the vertical marathon. excues? maybe. kind of no planing so training went as badly as exam revision.... no time and training is something that cannot be rushed. i feel i didnt push myself today. its like i cooled down very quickly after my event, didnt feel high like after X country. maybe im being too cautious. like how the brain works sometimes. still so much energy reserves eleft but being overprotective shuts the brain down so speed becomes slower. i havent gotten used to any speed higher than 2.4 yet i suppose. but i guess i tried my best though. i did achieve my personal best after all.

it seems that i get silver every year, losing by always 1 second to a different person

btw, i still enjoyed sports day. its always a time to make new friends who do share the same interests as me; and thats the only time i get to yell and no one reapproaches me. i like the milo truck too. i drank like 5+ cups of milo after my event. cheering for both classmates, trackmates and housemates was fun too. im glad it rained. at least i dont feel overheated, but kind of cold. silly me lent my jacket to someone else....

i think warm up can be dangerous. because after assembly, i kind of cooled down by quite a bit. didnt feel like running at all after that. infact i felt like quitting my event because i wasnt feeling well during the first two rounds. it was ok after that though. im glad everyone tried their best and thus i dont really care if fibo is 3rd. sports is for enjoyment not competition after all on our school.

i guess i should stop mulling and be happy i suppose. :D
