sticks and stones can break my bones but words hurt me the most. whee. so emo. a 3 inch tongue is so much more effective at killing than a 3 foot long sword. school's a mental battle. its you against the tests. every piece of paper the teacher hands u is another challenge, another battle. to put this in a positive light, the schools testing us to see who are the really good ones that can get through all this. whatever it is so far, the victorious does not include me. im sliding down the bell curve. well, what can i do? try harder.... thats what ive always been telling myself. "never give up, just go on... its the last few 100+ meters any way..." thats what i always tell myself as i run. i try to apply this to work as well, but sometimes theres just the brain drain, like hiting the wall, where you just cant move on. well, im human after all. that little me trying to climb up that slippery bell curve, trying not to fall, yet going down slowly, bit by bit. sometimes i just lack dicipline, cant get myslef to do work. want to slack instead. just no energy. hungry, sleepy. im told to just snap out of it. but its tough. all i can do is try. i cant scream at the school and say, "i cant take it anymore! cut out all these tests and exams! i need a life a break!" welcome back to reality. its not possible, or else what pushes us forward? there are things we cant change. but there is one thing for sure; God is with all of us, holding out his hand for us to hold onto even as we sink into that pool of tests and exams. 'those who wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength! they shall mount up ith wings as eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint" Lord, hold on to me. im not the best example of a Christian, but the Lord is still there for me. he is there to help all of us, no matter who we are. as for the 4 tests coming up, i shall try my best and never give up. thats my motto. what else can i do? maybe i'll not be the best, but i'll be the best i can. yeah. move on. DONT PANIC
